Team
Every medal is different, so working with our experienced in-house design team we are able to create and fully customise medals to suit your specific needs. Once the design has been approved by the client, we then begin the process of manufacturing and assembling the medals and ribbons.

You can place an order, make an enquiry or request a quotation by contacting us directly at sales@fasttracktrophies.com or you can fill out our quotation form.
When emailing us, please help us by providing the following information;
1. Specification for the Medal
a. Medal Size The diameter is required if the medal is circular or dimensions (LxW) if a different shape is requested.
b. One or Two Sided Does the medal require a front only or a front and reverse side?
c. Medal Finish Polished Antique or Bright Coin finish, of which both are available in gold, silver or bronze.
d. Colour - Enamel Colouring Please specify any colour required and how many.
2. Specification For The Ribbon
Printed ribbons are available on woven textile or sublimated silk effect material. The standard ribbon width being 25mm, but we also offer a choice of a wider gauge up to 38mm. Along with this, please specify any colours require and any logos needed.
3. Design
If you have a design or artwork already prepared please send it to us and we will instruct our factory to generate production artwork for your approval.
If not, no problem! All we require from you is the intended logo(s), wording and your ideas. From here our design team will create concept artwork for you.
4. Date Required
Delivery can take 25 days by airfreight or for larger volume orders 14 weeks by ocean freight. Please specify the date the medals are required as well as the event(s) date(s).
5. Quotation
From approval of the artwork and a delivery date established, we will then be able to give you an exact quotation for your medal.
From here, your medal can then be placed into mass production.
Our artwork development services are supplied FREE of charge and without obligation.
